60+ Shows To Binge Watch While Breastfeeding

Being a SAHM is not for the weak. Here's a list of some shows you can binge watch to help you pass the time whether you're nursing, taking a mom break or just need something to help you feel like you again. Even if you're not a stay at home mom or a mom at all for that matter but you enjoy good shows, these may be right up your alley. These shows are not in any specific order but the ones highlighted in BROWN are my absolute favs (well, they are all my favs lol). I hope you are able to enjoy them as much as I did.

Comedy

• Dad stop embarrassing me - A single dad and cosmetics brand owner figures out fatherhood on the fly when his strong-minded teen daughter moves in with him.

• Family reunion - When the McKellan family moves from Seattle to small-town Georgia, life down South - and traditional grandparents challenge their big-city ways.

• First Wives Club - Best friends lift each other up as they navigate rocky relationships, demanding careers and new beginnings. Based on the hit 1996 comedy.

• Good Girls - As Beth, Ruby and Annie face personal and financial crises, they decide to team up Ωand take back their lives -- by robbing their local grocery store.

• Insecure- Juggling life goals, awkward encounters and romantic pursuits best friends Issa and Molly flourish and fumble while making their own way in Los Angeles.

• Marlon - After the friendliest divorce ever, a carefree but devoted father navigates post-split parenting life with his levelheaded ex-wife and two kids.

• The Upshaws - A working-class Black family in Indiana strives for a better life and a happy home while juggling everyday struggles in this comedy series.

Docuseries

• Don’t F**k With Cats - A twisted criminal's gruesome videos drive a group of amateur online sleuths to launch a risky manhunt that pulls them into a dark underworld.

Thriller

• BEEF-A road rage incident between two strangers a failing contractor and an unfulfilled entrepreneur - sparks a feud that brings out their darkest impulses.

• Behind her eyes - A single mother enters a world of twisted mind games when she begins an affair with her psychiatrist boss while secretly befriending his mysterious wife.

• Ratched - Nurse Mildred Ratched seeks employment at Lucia State Hospital as it prepares to admit a new psychiatric patient: notorious killer Edmund Tolleson.

• True story - A world-famous comedian desperately searches for a way out after a night in Philadelphia with his brother threatens to sabotage more than his success.

• You - A dangerously charming, intensely obsessive young man goes to extreme measures to insert himself into the lives of those he is transfixed by.

• In the dark - Murphy Mason is making the least out of life, until her friend is murdered, Forced to investigate, she finds herself entangled in Chicago's drug world.

• L.A.’s Finest - Two cops take on the city's most dangerous criminals while trying to leave their complicated pasts behind in this spinoff of the "Bad Boys" franchise.

• Seven Seconds - The death of a 15-year-old African American boy in Jersey City sets off a police cover-up and a search for the truth.

• The Blacklist - After turning himself in, a brilliant fugitive offers to help the FBI bag other baddies, but only if rookie profiler Elizabeth Keen is his partner.

• The Lincoln Lawyer - Following a personal and professional spiral, Los Angeles defense lawyer Mickey Haller receives an unexpected opportunity from a fellow attorney.

• Charmed - After their mother's tragic death, a trio of sisters bond over their newfound powers, vanquish demons and band together to defend their magical legacy.

• Dead to me- A hotheaded widow searching for the hit-and-run driver who mowed down her husband befriends an eccentric optimist who isn't quite what she seems.

• Ginny & Georgia -Georgia Miller arrives in the quaint New England town of Wellsbury with her daughter, Ginny, and her son, Austin, and quickly makes a big impression.

• Grey's Anatomy - Intern (and eventual resident) Meredith Grey finds herself caught up in personal and professional passions with fellow doctors at a Seattle hospital

• Greenleaf - Although members of the Greenleaf family run a Memphis megachurch, their business and personal lives are tainted with greed, adultery and other sins.

• Inventing Anna - Reporter Vivian Kent defies her editor to pursue the story of Anna Delvey, an alleged German heiress indicted for grand larceny and jailed without bail.

• She’s gotta have it - Brooklyn artist Nola lays down her philosophy on sex and freedom between visits from her three lovers: thoughtful Jamie, playful Mars and cocky Greer.

• Suits - After impressing a slick lawyer with his razor-sharp mind, a college dropout scores a coveted associate job. even though he has no legal credentials.

• Black • ish - “black-ish” takes a fun yet bold look at one man’s determination to establish a sense of cultural identity for his family with comedic stories that shine a light on current events through the lens of the Johnson family.

• Grown • ish - Follow Zoey Johnson as she heads to college and begins her hilarious journey to adulthood.

• Abbott Elementary - A group of dedicated, passionate teachers -- and a slightly tone-deaf principal -- find themselves thrown together in a Philadelphia public school where, despite the odds stacked against them, they are determined to help their students succeed in life. Though these incredible public servants may be outnumbered and underfunded, they love what they do -- even if they don't love the school district's less-than-stellar attitude toward educating children.

• All Rise - The murder trials against Alexander Moore (Zayne Emory) and Jack Allen (Derek Luh) begin, and the pressure mounts when Lola agrees to allow media into the courtroom to support her re-election campaign.

• Snowfall - Snowfall is a one-hour drama set against the infancy of the crack cocaine epidemic and its ultimate radical impact on the culture as we know it

• Station 19 - In Seattle, all firefighters are also trained EMTs and the crew at Station 19 is second to none. Working in 24-hour shifts, these professionals spend so much time together that they build relationships, unlike any others.

• Ghost - Ghost" follows Tariq balancing his drug operations, grades, love life, and family. To avoid the same fate his father met is to become him — only better.

• P-Valley -When darkness descends upon Chucalissa, errybody and they mama must fight tooth and talon to survive. While some take flight to perilous new heights, others dig in their stilettos and stand their ground no matter the cost.
