Crab Stuffed Salmon + Baked Mac & Cheese + Brussel Sprouts
Let's make a gourmet meal at home! This crab stuffed salmon with the baked mac & cheese is most certainly top tier!
Okay, here's what you'll need to get started.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 4-6
Fresh Atlantic Salmon Portions/Filets
Avocado Oil
Lemon Pepper
Tony Chachurate Creole Seasoning
Smoked Paprika
Salt
Onion Powder
Pepper
1/3 C Mayo
1/4 C Mustard
1 Lemon
Hot Sauce
Saltine Crackers
Jumbo Lump Crab
Garlic Butter
16oz Elbow Pasta
8oz Sour Cream
2 (8oz) Blocks of sharp cheddar cheese will only use (1.5 blocks)
Heavy Whipping Cream
8oz Velveeta cheese
1lb bag Brussel Sprouts
Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Crab Stuffing
In a bowl add mayo, mustard & a little bit of hot sauce
Slice your lemon in half and squeeze one half of the lemon juice into your bowl
Add in crushed up crackers
Fold in jumbo lump crab meat
Stuffed Salmon
Wash Salmon thoroughly
Spread out salmon in a baking sheet pan
Drizzle avocado oil over salmon filets
Season salmon with lemon pepper, cajun seasoning & smoked paprika
Massage all seasoning into salmon
Slit salmon in the middle the long way to create a pocket for stuffing
Fill with crab stuffing
Bake in oven on 375 until cooked all the way through (about 25 mins)
Once cooked. Drizzle melted butter on top.
Mac & Cheese
Grade your cheese (1.5 block) and divide into 3 equal parts
Cook elbow pasta according to instructions on box/bag
Add cooked pasta to a baking pan
Season with salt and pepper
Add about 2oz of sour cream
Then add your 1st portion of shredded cheese & mix into the pasta
In a pot put 8oz of heavy whipping cream
Melt 4oz of Velveeta cheese & the 2nd portion of your shredded cheese to the cheese sauce
Season cheese sauce with salt and pepper
Once melted, pour cheese sauce over pasta and mix in well
Top 3rd portion of cheese over pasta
Lightly season with paprika
Bake in oven on 350 degrees for 20 mins
Brussel Sprouts
Wash brussel sprouts thoroughly
Cut the ends of each brussel sprout then cut in halves
Add a little avocado oil to a frying pan & set heat to medium
Then add in your brussel sprouts
Season brussel sprouts with onion powder, salt and pepper & a little tony's
add in about 1/2 cup of honey
Then stir until completely cooked.
