Pineapple Roasted Salmon + Shrimp
Looking to impress your friends, family or maybe even your man? This meal is super quick, easy and very delicious.
Okay, here's what you'll need to get started.
INGREDIENTS
Serving Size 4
Fresh Atlantic Salmon Portions
Wild Caught Raw Jumbo Argentine Red Shrimp
Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sauce (H-E-B)
Asparagus
White Rice (rice brand of your choice)
Nature's Seasoning Season
Tony Chacurate Creole Seasoning
Gralic Salt
Lemon Pepper
Butter
Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Asparagus
Wash asparagus thoroughly
Cut off the thicker portion of the asparugus
Spread out asparagus in a baking sheet pan
Lightly drizzle olive
Season using Nature's Seasoning, Tony's & Lemon Pepper
Bake on 350 for 15 mins
Shrimp
In skillet add in your shrimp and cook for about 6-8 mins or until tails curl up
Add in your sauce just as the shrimp are finished cooking
Salmon
Wash salmon (you can choose to remove skin or keep it)
Clean Shrimp then season with Tony's chachurate & lemon pepper
Lightly drizzle olive oil over salmon
Season your salmon using all seasonings
In a cast iron skillet melt 1/4 tsp of butter over medium heat
Place salmon on bottom side for 2 minutes over medium heat
Place salmon on each side for 2 minutes over medium heat
Place salmon on pink side for 2 minutes over medium heat
Add in sauce just as the salmon is finished cooking
Cook your rice and serve.
